Distance between smoked glass and Arcade Monitor?
« on: August 21, 2009, 02:13:56 pm »
I'm thinking about getting the WG D9800, and I'm trying to figure out how close it would need to be to the smoked glass to maintain the best image?

I'm also considering getting the plastic bezel that Xgaming offers, but it looks like, even though it's a flat screen monitor, the bezel is recessed quite a bit.  I don't want to lose too much brightness, and I'm guessing that the brightness is decreases pretty rapidly the further the screen is away from the glass.

You guys that are using flat screen Arcade CRTs, how is your cab configured with regards to the bezel, monitor and tinted glass?
