While this is one of the worst, I've found that a lot of people doing online used sales like this fail at giving detailed and clear information.  The same goes for their email communications when it comes to negotiating such things.  I find people much prefer to feel informed and well communicated with if they're going to give you their money for something.

yeah sure whatever. I live and work in Alabama. IF your talking to someone who has a fax machine and can recieve your information, He belongs on this board cause hes in the 38% that do have one.

If he calls your answering machine and gives you his phone number with area code first, Also consider yourself lucky.

otherwise youve got to start local and work your way outwards from your local area code until he picks up.

Sad but true.
