DDR metal pads question

I know this topic came up before, and I know you get what you paid for. More specifically anyone used any of these:

They could be had for $200-250 a pair. This is about $100 saving as compared to the first generation redoctane. I tried searching craigslist, found some pads reasonably priced, but $50 shipping kills the deal.

Why would you have to pay shipping for someting on Craigslist?

I just bought one of these and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

$139 with free shipping and worth every penny.  Even if you figure out how to break it, they offer spare parts and the innards are very simple to understand.

Also, after researching these things heavily, they seem to be rated much better for actual performance than the models you linked to.

Randy T,
Thank you, looks like a very good choice so I am placing an order...
