Was there an arcade SeaQuest?
« on: August 03, 2009, 10:27:04 am »
I havent found one on Maws, but I thought there was an arcade game very similar to SeaQuest for the Atari2600

Heres the game for reference:

Maybe I just remember playing the Atari version, and got my locations mixed up?

Maybe you're thinking of Sea Wolf for the arcade?

In The Hunt was the first thing that came to my mind.
The similarities basically end with the submarine theme though. That game you posted looks more like a Defender ripoff than any arcade sub game I remember.

did activision make any arcade games...or were they home systems only...?
if not in the arcades...it'd make sense that there wouldn't be anything like them in the arcade...

sea quest was a good game...
that and river raid bring back good memories...
