Help identify Neo Geo or not

I found this on Craigslist, I'm not sure what it is?

Could someone help identify this cabinet? I don't think it's real. He is selling it as SNK NeoGeo.
As you can see the cabinet has a funky design. Also the button layout is wrong, and the monitor isn't original.

The seller wrote this:
"alright the cabinet is in good shape on the back and sides, but on by the joystick and the top of the marquee on the left side is eaten away. you will notice it in the pictures. it has savage reign in it currently."

Please help identify if this is real.

prolly has a 1slot mobo in it. not worth much, especially not working

It's worth ~$50 for a 1 slot used NeoGeo board anyway...assuming that's a working part.  If the cart and art are included, that's another ~$15-50 (I don't know prices for games).

Like Malenko said it's conversion...A bad one at that.....If you really want a new the best advice is to be patient, and get a dedicated one....Nothing looks better than a Ded. Neo cab (well Candy Cabs looks pretty damn good too.)
