FS: Crane machines cheap (Houston)

Got these as part of a bulk buy a while back. They are just sitting in storage and I need the space. Not sure if they work, I haven't tested them since they are missing the claws, but the rails the claws attach to are there. 
They do seem pretty simple but I have to time to mess with them.
There are 4 of them. $75.00 each or $250 for all 4 of them.
