grayhound skill crane settings
« on: July 23, 2009, 04:02:33 pm »
Hey everyone. i just got myself a grayhound skillcrane (the very common one) and I was wondering how to change the settings on it. We see a few things that seem adjustable and whatnot but it isnt doing anything. We were hoping to find out how to adjust the minimum game play from .25 a game to a $1.00 minimum at the same rate per game and also how to adjust the claw sensitivity. any help would be greatly appreciated!

                                                              thanks yall

"the very common one" is still kinda vague when it comes to these cranes.
Need to narrow it now a bit more to know what kind of boards are in it.
Some that are still in service no longer even have Greyhound boards in them, they may be Smart crane boards, etc.

Most settings are done via dipswitches, claw strength may be a potentiometer adjustment.

See if any of the settings in here help if it has original Greyhound boards in it.

Thanks for your response. I really do appreciate your help as I am clueless. I think your right about the aftermarket parts. You can see the plywood supporters and wutnot. Im attaching some pics but I tried to respond to you last week and apparently it didnt post so im leaving less pics. If more are needed i can post more. Im really just tryin to make it so that I can adjust the price per game when the merchandise changes. Thanks again!!

Is it possible to get bigger pictures of the two circuit board pics ?
(the bottom two pics you posted)

Hard to make out what you have in there.

Any markings or labeling on that black board ?
