Pivot cylinder too long on Happs Comp?
« on: July 23, 2009, 01:48:51 pm »
Is it possible that my pivot cylinder is too long in my happs competition sticks? The reason I ask is because I read on here that the stick should rotate freely without turning the actuator, which it does if I don't have the pivot cylinder in the stick. If I have the cylinder in there I have to push down the actuator to get the E clip on which makes a tight fit and the actuator moves when rotating the stick.

My CP seems to be too thick to use the sticks without the cylinder and this is with bare wood.

I suppose I could make my own or sand down the ones I have, it just seems strange to me that they would make them too long. Maybe I'm making a big deal out of nothing but it's one of those things that when you notice it you can't get it out of your head.

Anyone else ever have this problem?
