Showcase Cab + Extras - SOLD!
« on: July 22, 2009, 11:14:02 pm »
I recently bought 2 pinball machines, and only have room for one, so I've decided to sell my showcase cab.  Asking $500, which is around half that I have into it.  I live just north of Seattle, and obviously shipping this thing is not an option.  If you don't want the Happ Universal Video Converter or I-PAC, knock off $50.

Cabinet build log here:
http://home.comcast.net/~dark.paladin/gauntlet

Description:
Home built showcase cabinet with 38" medium res Neotec monitor (does not switch to standard res), four 49 way joysticks (center 2 are new) currently set up to play Gauntlet Legends with original hardware.  Breaks down from one huge heavy piece into 3 or 4 not so huge heavy pieces.

Also included:
Security and ROM chip to upgrade to Gauntlet Dark Legacy - I also just created the Dark Legacy image onto a compactflash adapter.  I haven't pulled the Legends parts out and tried swapping in the Dark Legacy, but I'm sure they'll work.

Extra Gauntlet Legends hard drive.

Happ Universal Video Converter, and all wires needed to connect it to the monitor and a PC.  This device takes VGA input and outputs either standard or medium res.  I was going to use it to hook either a Dreamcast or PC to the cabinet.  I've tested it by hooking a computer up and booting Windows, and it works great.
