found a great arcade in georgia!
« on: July 12, 2009, 12:59:38 pm »
I was driving to my parents house the other day and while sitting in traffic I saw this crappy looking movie theater just off the side of the road.  There was a DDR machine sitting outside so i figured they may have a game or two I could play while I waited the traffic out.

I walked in and couldn't believe it!  While i could tell it wasnt the most popular place and it was a little run down, they had a ton of great stuff and almost all of it was 25 cents a play!  They had marvel vs. capcom 2, snk vs capcom 2, tekken 4, soul calibur 2, and a couple others all in showcase cabs! There was a few classics scattered around, the regular time crisis, virtua cop, some vr thing, and a bunch more.

And the best part was that the token machine was broken and would periodically spit it tokens.  I was going to ask the attendant where I could get some, then noticed like 8 dollars of tokens sitting there.  What a lucky day!

For anyone in georgia interested it is on 141 about ten minutes north from the highway 285 exit
