Cool arcade t-shirts
« on: July 06, 2009, 03:36:06 pm »
I just posted about this over at KLOV and wanted to share the idea with everyone here as well.

A friend of mine owns a professional screen printing shop and he said he would not have any problem doing small runs of arcade related stuff. As long as the number of shirts is small and intended for collectors such as the people on KLOV he would have no problem doing game artwork or logos or anything like that.

I was in his place today and basically he can print on anything that is cloth. He has canvas belts, lunch bags, hats, socks, and all kinds of other cool stuff.

There's also a vinyl plotter there. I'm sure I could talk him into making up some custom window or sign decals. Maybe an "arcade addict" decal or something for your car! haha.

Is there any interest in this type of stuff? If so please PM me some ideas. I figured the shirts would be multi-colored shirts between $15-$20 dollars.

If anyone wants any other type of shirts for their business, cook out, or whatever I can direct you to their shop. Everything is 100% professional and excellent looking. I just put in an order for some shirts for a BBQ we're having next month.

I almost forgot. They do kids shirts too.

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

I tend to just print my own. They don't last as nicely as a screen printed shirt, but I still like 'em.

Can you send some pics?

Wouldnt it cost more if you are not doing bulk?

I would love a t-shirt that had "The Vampire Slayers" on the front written in the "Buffy" font with my name on the back and a number.  All of my fantasy sports teams have been The Vampire Slayers since I started playing like 10 years ago.  I've been meaning to get something made to wear at the draft.  I'm pretty sure no one else would want one though.   ;D

That's pretty good.   :D

Something like this but there are 2 different fonts here... I like the top one better as it is more distinct.
