I'm not home so can't take any pics, but I currently have a generic cab that has a pullout like a Dynamo HS-5 and I *LOVE* that design over all else.
Maybe a shelf is just a shelf, but the fact that you can pull out the shelf on an HS-5 without having to move the cabinet and without making the front of the cabinet look goofy (Berzerk?) is a wonderful thing. My brother-in-law has a GT2K that I bought him some years ago in an HS-5 and is the only cab, outside of my own, that I don't dread working on when something goes wrong.

I've used one in a MAME rig and it was perfect for getting access, popping in a flash drive to update something, etc. Don't know if you could get away with a similar design without decasing the PC, but it is a nice design. One of the local collector/ops has a standing order that he will buy up HS-5s because they are so nice to work with.
