  • I am Evil Homer....I am Evil Homer....
I originally posted a question regarding the monitor in the monitor forum but since there are other questions and since the main forum gets way more exposure I posted here.

Local CL ad has a Operation Thunderbolt for sale.  I have already talked to the seller and he is willing to sell for $100.

It has problems as follows:

1.  Sound skipping

2.  Monitor has lines running across it and it also shows up green.  Its unclear whether it just shows up as all green (that wouldnt make sense since he stated it was playable but had lines running across it).

I would also be interested if anyone had the dimensions (width) of this game available?  I need to make sure it will fit through my doorway.

So does it maybe just need a new board?  If so does anyone know of anyone who would have one for sale?

Thanks

No ST. Louis area.

I found the manual for it and says that had a 26" color monitor.  I wonder if the monitor really is bad if 25" monitor is the same or at least a suitable replacement.  I actually have a 25" monitor at home although not sure if it works or not.

Did they mention what those issues were specifically?  Also what were they asking for it?

I tried to find a link for ya but looks like the guy pulled the listing on craigslist.org

I had an operation thunderbolt but i only had trouble with the gun vibrating when you shoot it.

Act-ed like a machine gun.

It was a solid game but I sold it to get lethal enforcers 2.  Everyone enjoys that game more.

I believe the gun is supposed to vibrate when you shoot it.  Its part of the game feature.

Really?  Oh man i though there was something wrong with it  :lol

Just kidding. Yeah I know it was suppose to vibrate but after awhile it wasn't vibrating anymore and it really effected the whole experience of the game play.
