T-Molding

Anyway, can someone refer me to a place that has a no minimum on T-Molding?

I have several controls panels and a few games I want to cover, but I'd be paying two or three bucks more for each game if I ordered from T-Molding.com.

Appropriate T-moulding suppliers are few and far between which is why T-moulding.com are the most popular. Just how low an amount are you looking for and in what colours? If you're after less than 10ft you are likely just looking for off-cuts so just put the feelers out in the buy/sell/trade section to see if any members have any leftovers.

I didn't have that problem when I was dealing with Randy last week at GGG.  Maybe your mail got sent to his junk or spam folder?  He's a great guy to deal with and I was very surprised at how fast he prepared my order and shipped it out.  My last email received from him was 06/24/2009 and I sent him one the next day with a quick question and haven't heard back either so maybe something happened?

I want to put new T-molding on a Star Trek, Millipede, Joust, and two Ms.Pac-man machines which all appear to use the same kind of textured T-molding.

Then there is also the Robotron and the Pole Position Ireland cabinet I have.

Our standard upright uses roughly 28' per cabinet.

I have a full size Gaplus cab which should be the same, or very similar, to a Ms Pac Cab. It had roughly 17' of T-molding (measured roughly 8 1/2' per side. Not exact, as it was hard to measure around the curves). I've got a Robotron cab that measured exactly 8 1/2' per side. I plan on getting new T-molding too, and will probably order 20' per cab. I think t-molding.com sells it in 20' coils. I'd planned on ordering a 20' black leather (for the Robotron cab) and 20' of red (I think that's what Gaplus used...mine looks like faded red, and is cracked every few inches, so it definitely could use a replacement)

I don't think there is a such thing as a dedicated Gaplus cabinet. You probably have a Galaga cab.

My Ms.Pac-man cabinet uses about 16 feet, 4-1/2 inch of T-Molding. And My Robotron uses about 17 feet, 3 Inches. Give or take and inch.

Sure there was...it wasn't very common, but it did come dedicated. There's a pic over at KLOV of the dedicated cab, which is exactly how mine looks (except the CPO, which I think may have been replaced on mine. It's similar, but not exact)

It does say in the details it is from the Galaga conversion class, so as far as I understand is technically built as a Galaga cabinet, then converted with sticker, T-moulding and overlays.

Well, mine may have the sticker on the side (if it does, it's the same shape as the side of the cab, as it's completely covered). There's a few dings in it, and underneath the artwork is bare wood, so it wasn't painted Galaga and then covered over. If that's the case, would it really be considered a conversion, if it never housed Galaga in the first place?
