2 joystick 6 button CP Layout for my standard Williams needed.

I have one of the flip down control panels that was originally Robotron but has been hacked and converted many times. I am in the process of filling the holes and getting it sanded down for a new life as a two player MAME cp. I would like 6 buttons per joystick with a player one and two, credits, and perhaps a few admin on the top row.

I am asking for help in finding a link to a printable layout similar to this that I can use as a template when I cut. I haven't had any success creating one myself even though this is a very basic design. I actually bought one off eBay that was predrilled but the holes are not aligned correctly and I am not happy with it  (wasted $30 there).

I have seen plenty of the old cabs converted like this so I know there are plans out there and I just havent been able to find some. Any links you have would be appreciated.
