Hard to tell from the pictures, but I'm guessing it's a supergun?

Supergun?

It's essentially the hardware that you plug your jamma board into, and on one side you plug your two joysticks into, and on the other are video outputs etc.

If that helps any?  Will do some searched on Supergun and see if this is what comes up.

Looks like a MAS Systems Supernova.  I have one if you have any questions.

Looks like a MAS Systems Supernova.  I have one if you have any questions.

1) If I were to go this route, and buy a KI jamma pcb with flash kit, would I be able to hook up my X-Arcade Tankstick to the Supernova?

2) How much does the Supernoval itself cost?  I don't see a quote on the single unit, only bundled with those cheesy looking joysticks.

For as much as one of those things cost, coupled with the cost of a KI board & flash kit, you'ld be better off building a computer and playing through MAME.

do what i did...bring the cabinet home when she isnt there, then tell her later..that way she can't say no... >:D

pick a theme so that you can name it after your children or something...it makes it easier.  my wife was not too pleased when i told her i brought home a cabinet, but then i named it ZakMan, after our oldest son (only son at the time) and that seemed to make it OK.

You're telling me your wife wouldn't love SPINAL? >:D

This cab is the perfect centerpiece for the family room!

Just make sure that you play the KI main theme when you show it to her:
