OSCAR: Question

Regarding the restrictor plates, how does the wear and tear look for the shaft of the joystick (the part that rubs up against the restritor plates) ? I have a Happs Competition. Will there be any problems with this?

I have a competition, and my order for the restrictor plates is coming in a couple of weeks... I'll let you know how it works out.

A small burnish line appears almost immediately within the first few uses, but I haven't seen excessive wear yet. I've been watching and measuring the wear, and after a couple of months I measure about 0.001" of wear.
You can see some pictures of my Competition here:

Of course there are other factors to be considered, such as frequency of use and the amount of force you use on the joystick. I consider my use of the joystick to be moderate to moderate-heavy.
