How to get negative feedback removed?

How does one go about getting negative feedback removed.  I'm not talking about deserved feedback, but I have been hit with a negative from someone I don't know and have never sold/bought anything from.  In fact, this person only has 8 posts and I did not participate in any of them.  I have contacted the person that left the message to see if it was meant for someone else but have not gotten a response.

I've tried the report button on the feedback a few times, but have gotten no response.

Sorry Spyridon - I neglected to email you when you reported it. I've contacted the person who sent you the feedback (which looks bogus I concur) and have received no response from them. I'm removing the feedback now.
