Screen orientation and volume buttons
« on: May 10, 2009, 02:44:01 pm »
Hi all,

To quote Ned Flanders I'm in a dill of a pickle. I need to do the following pronto.

1. Flip the screen 180 degrees at windows startup (its not supported in my display driver, sis 740gx so I need an app that does the same if poss)

2. Theres an app that lets you map windows volume up/down to keys, can't remember the name for the life of me.

I'm trying to complete a build for my friends birthday in 2 days so any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Dexter

The App I'm aware of is called Cabvol.zip from Ahofle. It can be found in this thread:

As for screen orientation - you need windows rotated or just Mame games? I've never used anything but the video driver to handle a rotation of windows. For Mame, I use the mame.ini.

The whole screen unfortunately.

I have mala and mame rotated fine, but zsnes etc. won't flip.

Unfortunately theres no flip option in the SIS driver I have. Good call on the cabvol!
