I have an Acer Aspire One with the Atom processor and have been having SKJukebox die on the last song of the queue, too. My Acer has Windows XP. But, for some reason, it seems to be working better now. I can't get it to fail when I tried to see if my error was the same as yours this morning.
Maybe my installing of the program TouchJams about a week ago 'fixed' my installation of SKJukebox? You might try installing that program and see if your SKJukebox errors go away.
EDIT: I had also installed E-Touch (formerly freebox...) in the past several days. I am somewhat convinced that the process of installing one of those other jukebox programs, with their associated .dll's, allowed SKJukebox to run without error. I've been listening to SKJukebox in random mode for the past two hours without any issues.
