PLEASE READ THIS POST BEFORE PMing. LOTS OF QUESTIONS ANSWERED. THANK YOU

Hello all.  I am a custom stick builder specializing in Xbox 360/PC sticks. I have been doing custom sticks for about 4 months now. However, I have been doing MAME cabinets for about 8 years. I really enjoy making these sticks and have done well selling them. All of the feedback I have received has been positive.
All sticks are hand crafted. I mainly use Poplar because it is easy to work with and stains very nicely. All artwork is covered by plexiglass with no visible screws or mounting hardware. They are durable and hold up well against hours of Street Fighter IV. If anyone is interested please PM me for details. I take pride in my work and am an honest salesman. I know people can be skeptical of new sellers, and that is understandable.  Below is some feedback from eBay sales. If you would like to see more feedback, send me a PM and I will provide you with the link. It is for a forum where I have been making all of my sales. A quick and free signup is required to view, that is why I don't post the link here. I feel that people who are not interested shouldn't waste their time singing up. Also, if you would like to make an order, just send me a PM. Pricing sheet and pics below. Thanks for looking.

-Great seller. Super fast shipping and awsome product. Buyer: roxerr ( 2 ) Mar-30-09 18:01
WIRELESS Xbox360/PC Arcade Stick. Street Fighter 4. NR! (#330317247511)
-Fantastic stick, as promised. Works great! Buy these sticks! Buyer: adolchristin ( 108) Mar-28-09 16:24
Xbox360/PC Street Fighter 4 Arcade Stick. No Reserve! (#330315977309)
-Amzazing item. Amazingly quick shipping. A+++ seller and craftsman. Buyer: ezhustles ( 21) Mar-19-09 08:15
Xbox360/PC Street Fighter 4 Arcade Stick. No Reserve! (#330314826873)

Q: What is your return policy?
A: I will allow return for repair for 30 days after you receive your stick if you purchase shipping insurance ($3.00). Sorry, no refunds. Repair does not apply if you get mad and slam your stick to the ground when I beat you in a match of SF IV.

Q: Will I be able to change the buttons myself?
A: You should be able to. I use quick disconnects on the microswitches, so no soldering/desoldering required.

Q:What is the size/weight of the sticks?
A:Dimensions are 12.5"L X 9"W X 3.25"D Weight is slightly over 4 pounds. On Sanwa/Seimitsu the depth is 2.5"

Q:How much are the sticks?
A:See pricing sheet below.

Q:How do you ship
A:Within the US I ship USPS Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation. I will ship outside of the US, buyer assumes shipping charges and insurance is strongly recommended.

Q:Do you do quotes on sticks.
A:Yes. PM me with all of the requests that you have for your stick.

Q:Do you do Japanese style controls
A:Yes. However, due to the massive ammounts of orders that Sanwa\Seimitsu dealers are getting, shipping times are from 2-4 weeks.  One of the suppliers is about 4 hours from my home. If I get enough orders to justify the trip (4 or more orders a month) I will go get them.
EDIT: I have a few now. They are starting to become a little easier to get.

NOTE: If you are sincerely interested in a stick, please PM me. This thread will fill up quick if we have Q & A here. Thank you.

What wired controller are you using for the PS3?

Hey HarumaN. I have been using the GameStop wired PS3 controller. They seem to work really well and are easy to solder to. The only buttons that can give trouble soldering to are the start and select. The traces on those 2 buttons are not embedded very well. However, I found an alternate solder point for those buttons.

I am open to suggestions if you have experience with better controllers.

I have not yet done any wired PS3 controllers.  I'll have to take a look at one of those.

Thanks for the compliment. That is the benefit of a custom order, the customer picks what they want. One of my personal sticks is the way you mentioned (all 8 the same). Yeah I know, I use the 8 button layouts because I suck and can't push more than 1 button at a time:'(.  I think the main reason people color the last 2 different is to maybe ID that all punch/kick button.

Just thought I would post some feedback from the alphaism site. I completely forgot about the "quote" feature :banghead: This way people won't have to sign up just to read feedback. However, this is a great sight for improving your game. May not hurt to check it out.

Heyo guys,

Just an update. I just received my stick from cappa in the mail today. Delivered, on time and my initial working test of it here at work went well. Definitely a man of his word so you can place orders with confidence. Of course, the REAL test remains for when I get home tonight and start to try it out for real in some Online matches, but so far I'm more than pleased with the work. Thanks a lot cappa!

Just an update now that I've had about a week or so to play around with the stick cappa made for me. It's freaking awesome! The inputs are great, and very responsive. I've been able to do alot more with the stick than I was ever able to using the controller. I love the fact that it's wireless and I don't feel tied to my xbox, plus less clutter. I'm more than happy with my purchase.

I just got mine in the mail yesterday morning and all I can say is OH MY GOD!!

It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and it works soooooooo good that it is almost unbelievable! I had a few Hard Trials with certain characters in SF IV I hadn't finished and I got those done with EASE with my arcade stick.. The quality is UNREAL and it looks soooo damn good.

Also, I can't say enough good things about Cappadonna.. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy and we even spoke on the phone etc., The delivery was quick and I am abolutely amazed at the quality of the stick..

My Dan Hibiki stick honestly SHAMES the Madcatz TE sticks (I have played with one)

ANYONE thinking about buying an arcade stick for SURE should get one from him, you would be stupid not too!

Just a small update. I posted a color sample in the first post. Also, I can do cross platform sticks. That way you can have a stick that works on Xbox360, PS3 and PC.

Hello all. I currently have a MvC2 stick in the works. It is a PS3/360/PC dual mod. Works with all 3 platforms off of 1 cable :)  I'll post some pics in the next day or two.

The toodles Cthulu board

Haruman is right. I use a Cthulhu board and an Imp switch. Only one USB cable and no external switched needed.  Here is my MvC2 project. It will have clear Seimitsu buttons on
this. I didn't want to lose any of the artwork on this stick, so it will be placed inside the buttons. I chose an 8 button layout so it would be a little more accessable for other games besides MvC. Enjoy.

Have you legally licensed any of the artwork that you are using?

If not than you shouldn't be selling them.

Thanks for your info Mr. Obivious Troll. That's not what I'm looking for here   Why don't you visit the shoryuken forums and post that comment to all of the stick builders there. I'm sure they would love to hear what you have to say.  End of subject.

Dude can you do a wireless PS3/XBOX360 one?  If so how much?

Also, if not, on the just wireless PS3 are you doing the plug in board to the PS3 DS PCB, or hacking a DS3?

Well, I really don't like to say I can't do anything. However, I have never tried that. I have thought about it a time or two. I can tell you that it would be an expensive stick though. Think about it, 360 and PS3 wireless pads, not cheap. Also, the soldering and items required to make them work together.  To answer your second question.... I use the axisdapter. It is alot more cost efficient than soldering to a PS3 pad.

Yeah, nice work on the clear button inlaid art.

Thanks. I tend to do this on sticks that have very detailed artwork. That way you don't lose someones head. ;D

Here is another case I'm about to wrap up. I haven't decided on the artwork yet. Art will most likely be primarily black. Probably carbon fiber.

Here are the last 2 pre-made sticks I will be doing for a while. I had some free time and got a little board. The red one isn't wired yet, so it can be a dual mod, wired 360, or wired PS3. The pink one is a wired 360 with headset compatability. If anyone has any questions or are interested in these sticks, send me a PM. They are both for sale. Opinions are also welcome. Thank you.

Hello again. Just finished another order and thought I would post. This one is painted in a black metallic finish. PS3/360 dual mod with clear Seimitsu buttons. Artwork submitted by customer.

This is going to be my new one. Buttons havn't arrived yet. Will be X360/PS3/Xbox/GC. Should also work with some Wii games. Constructed of Oak, stained with Red Mahogany and 4 coats of gloss poly. Uses panel mount RJ45 for modular cables (GC & Xbox).

Hello again. Still no buttons for the akuma stick   Looks like they will be here next week. I put the blue stick up on ebay today. Take a look. There is no reserve on this auction. This is the last one I have and it's taking up space.
