Tilt Arcade, Horton Plaza, San Diego
« on: April 26, 2009, 08:44:31 pm »
I'm in town for a conference and decided to check out the local flavor.  The large arcade room has a bare, concrete floor (as all good arcade rooms should have) and an exposed ceiling.  Lots of shooting games; Time Crisis, House of the Dead, Police Trainer, Ninja Assault and one of my favorites, CarnEvil.  It was good to play it full speed without any errors  :D (of course, I still suck  :P)
The Marvel vs Capcom 2 was always in play; the Latest Soul Caliber just sat there.

No pinball, I was a little bummed.

All in all, a good place.  I'm sure I'll be back a few more times while I'm out here.

You can also Check out Dave & Busters, or the arcade center in Mission Valley Mall they both are really close to each other and they are both 10 min away from downtown San Diego. ;D
