WTB 25" WG 7000 Chassis [St. Paul, MN]
« on: April 17, 2009, 06:30:40 pm »
I got a great NFL Blitz Cab includeing the control pannel, coin mechs, Jamma harness, 49 way sticks, monitor bezel and a 25" tube with no burn in!!!! You can see where this is going ... right?

Anyone have a WG 7000 Chassis they would be willing to part with?  Please ???

I think I have the iso, power source, degaussing ect. covered.

Have you tried contacting Lieberman's or any of the other route operators in your area?

Couldn't hurt to try anyway.

I think I can get you a schematic and bob roberts has the 3 specialized ICs and the flyback that are the only parts not available at jameco or on digikey if you want to try and build a chassis yourself.  I know it sounds crazy, but I really want to see someone try it.

Build my own chassis ... I'm going to have to take a look into that.  I'm just inexperienced, naive and stupid/crazy/cheep enough to seriously consider it.  >:D  I'm gonna do some research.

But, I'm also gonna do some price and availability research with Lieberman's too.   ;D

Thanks for the suggestion and possibly suicidal project suggestion.

I'll keep you all posted.

Lieberman's was a bust they don't have a parts department any longer.  They have a Happs supplier on site now but they don't carry K7000 Chassis.   :banghead:

Still looking for a chassis, preferably working but if cheep enough I'll consider a non working (I really don't want to have to manufacture a PCB to mount all of the components to, and if any of the original parts work all the better for my wallet!!!)
