Nintendo Punch-Out!! Joystick Centering Grommet

Here is a picture of my mikesarcade Nintendo Reproduction 4 way joystick, on my Punch-Out!! control panel. Does anyone know where I can get a rubber grommet, or something to go around the joystick to cover up the hole?

 Edit: The sanwa dust washer is 1 1/2" dia and the nintendo type is 3 1/8" dia.
