Dreamacst/Sidewinder Combo Problem
« on: March 04, 2002, 12:40:22 am »
Hello everyone, sorry to bother you all again. I asked a similar question a little earlier, but with a new and strange discovery. I have a dreamcast/sidewinder combo. I share the same ground wiring chained to all the buttons and joystick (however, the source of the ground from different controllers of course) . However, w/ the dreampad hack added on to the sidewinder hack, the sidewinder stopped working (shows all buttons pressed w/ down-right pressed) however the dreampad works. When i cut the hot wires from the dreampad hack, now the sidewinder works again. does anyone know what's wrong with this setup? both controllers are not plugged in at the same time either. thanks again guys.
