Newbie - Galaxian PCB problem
« on: April 13, 2009, 09:25:57 am »
Hi

I have acquired two galaxian boards, one logitech and one midway.

I am trying to run in a jamma cab using this http://lizardlick.com/images/parts/adapters/galax2j.jpg

The Midway one has no daughter board and just gives a few coloured blocks, so i think I was sold a pup with this one.

The logitech one appears to work fine and I have played the game successfully but I am getting NO sound, I have adjusted the volume adjuster on the board  but this has not helped.  I was wondering if there is something else I need to do, if its something to do with the adapter im using or if the pcb is faulty.

Any pointers or suggestions most welcome.
