Spinner \ Button positioning
« on: March 31, 2009, 07:53:24 pm »
I'm brainstorming on how I want my spinner panel setup and want some opinions.  Ideally, I'd have the spinner on left and a topfire on the right for some tron action, but I'm debating if I want buttons left of spinner or right of spinner for all the other spinner games.  I'm pretty sure I've always played with spinner in left hand though.....see, told ya I was brainstorming.

Any thoughts on this?

Tempest.  ;D
So a leper walks into a bar and as he gets his beer, a finger falls off. The bartender who is serving him turns and pukes all over the place. The leper, feeling bad, says, "Was it my finger falling off?" The bartender turns to him and says, "No, it's the guy dipping chips into your back."

Spinner to right of buttons.  Always used by right hand, with the exception of Tron and other joy + spinner games.

Would prefer ambidextrous, but my spinner's are a bit "far" (towards the monitor) on my big panel, so the buttons are close & the spinner is far, but I set up most/all of my spinner games to allow ambidextrous play.

Ditto, except I have a friend who plays spinner left.  So for me, I voted ambidex.  (Plus I like the ambidex look.)
