I've got a 25" Dotronix dsv25c monitor for sale. It was originally part of a wall display at a local retail store. I've got several of these and can say mame looks great on them. Windows looks good as well using Powerstrip at 640x480 interlaced. The scanlines on these make it look very nice.
This does have a few small issues. The monitor didn't have any blue when I got it. I fixed a blown transistor on the neckboard. I soldered some wires to the board and new transistor when I was troubleshooting, and never got around to cleaning it up. Also the width coil is stripped but is still adjustable by manually moving the tube. You will probably have to adjust the vertical and horizontal size, and vertical hold.
You can also hook this up to a real arcade board as long as it outputs 15khz. You will have to hack a video cable, but all the pinouts are listed in the manual - the link is on one of the older dotronix threads, but I also have it somewhere if you need it.
This is a very nice monitor with no screen burn, manufactured in 1995. The pics came out a bit blurry, but it looks great in person. Probably local sale only (Colorado Springs) unless you can arrange shipping. First $25 cash gets it.
