T2 machine Gun hack to Mame??

I can't recall if the T2 gun is a light gun or what, but is it possible (better yet, has it been done) to hack it to MAME?  Thanks in advance

Its a fancy joystick shaped like a gun with a trigger button, a button used for the bomb and a little motor(motor?) for the recoil.

As far as interfacing it into mame, there is a driver, that uses the keyboard  leds to drive the recoil motor(motor?)
