fs: HP Mini 2140 (1.6ghz Atom, 2GB RAM, Vista Basic) BEST OFFER ACCEPTED!!!

I won an HP Mini 2140 at a luncheon yesterday, and this thing is awesome, except I really have no use for it.  I already have a laptop and I don't travel that much, so although the mini is cool, I just wont use it.  So here's the deal:

1.  it's already been opened, so no factory seal, but it was only opened because when it was shown as the "door prize" at this luncheon, they had it sitting on top of the HP box it came in.

2. I've booted it up only once and did the Vista Home Basic first install stuff, but as soon as I got into Windows I shut it down and haven't used it since...but before I sell, I'll be sure to use the CD's it came with to reinstall if you like...or can I completely wipe it using DBAN if you want to have a fresh start.

3.  all the cables, CD's, box, packaging and everything is here....so it's basically brand new.
