It's just a dedicated X-Arcade cab, which is better bought direct from them. Rom issue aside, the 'firm price' sounds like he's pimping out some ass and 'this will go quickly' is a silly boast to try and sell, considering it was posted nearly 3 weeks ago and everyone can see that.
