Marquee to Glass Holder

The marquee that came with the cabinet that I recently purchased is 2 pieces.  The glass and then the marquee that is printed on what feels like a thin plastic material.  The two pieces are held together by two black plastic strips, one at the bottom and one at the top.  They are U shaped and slide over the glass and plastic to hold them together.  Is there a name for this piece?  Is there a source for replacing this material?  The ones I have are falling apart.  I would also like to get some for the sides as the plastic bows in a little and lets some light out.  If anyone knows where you can buy this material or if there is a good replacement that can be found at a hardware store that would be great.
