My housemate bought her unit in about 2001. It was about $100,000. Unit across the hall, which has been renovated is on the market. He wants 385,000! Take away all renos etc and i would say it would still be over $300,000.
Good news for my housemate. Not so for me. I always thought that if that unit comes up, id buy it. The garage is awesome. Its single, but because the architects were lazy, there is ample room for a mezzanine, which my neighbour made in his just using Dexion shelving. Can you spell 'gameroom'
