Help ? SpinTrak Spinner Tops screw size.

I got My spintrack and need to find out what screw size fits in either side of the spinner top as i didn't get any when it was ordered and basically it isnt going to spin if i cannot get the screws for it.

So the question is does any one know what size screw it is (normaly the hexagonal version) and were the hell do i get them from so i can test this thing out properly. I don't fancy having to mount this thing permanently via glue as it will never be able to be fixed if it goes wrong ...

Any idea any one.

Need them right away?  If not, email Andy at Ultimarc.  He will take care of you.  It should have come with the set screws.

Yes a few of these did go out without screws unfortunately. Drop me an email if not done already and I'll send them.

i have the exact same problem.i just got my spintrak today,the weight is attached but,the top is packaged in a bag seperate and it is a sealable type,so the bag can be opened and closed,no screws.

this topic is pretty old as it is nigh on august now,so a few going out without them isnt realy a good excuse as i got mine without,so much for checking when its so easy to insert 2 set screws in the bag with the top.

at least you could say what size the screws are as the spintrak is completely useless with no top attached so people can get their own.

saleem - Andy replaced the screws with out any problems what so ever.

al lso to add to that he all so replaced a PCB that "I" damaged. he didst need to do this it was my fault but any has been nothing but perfect and i would no hesitate to recommend any thing he sell's because his back up support is second to none.

Things like this do happen now and then its just a mistake.

i dont need repalcement,i need the screws in the first place.change dont come unless you point out these things.the same mistake will be made many more times no doubt.

i can only say i didnt get them,ask the size so i can get some myself and say it shouldnt happen.

i am sure the guys busy and nice to deal with.he sorted me out my 3 orders,bar the 2 screws.

As you cannot get the right size in the UK (been though it all my self).

nice one,i emailed him earlier and i got email he will send the screws.

at least he is good to sort these probs out.

i will have many hours of fun on my cab with the spinner,i definately like the product,i got a big flywheel.
