That looks like spystyle's write up.  He's a member here.  It looks like he put a lot of work into that thing.

Meet the seller
Seller:   spystyle

Interesting he started off by building a Defender cabinet, but put Stargate in it.
And yet he offers the plans for building a Stargate cabinet.
(just thought it was interesting)

Looks like a lot of good information there.

I think most of Jackobuds plans were contributed by others.... so permissions would have to be spread out rightfully if anyone claims "ownership" to particular plans.

Good point though. I have seen many people gather information off the web and then try to sell it as a compilation of sorts. They tend to contribute the cost towards the effort it took to compile it all.

That CD is how I got started in cabinet making. I highly recommend it for your first builds. It covers tools, roms, setting up computers, audio, one-button system power solutions, etc.
Click my link below to follow my first build (midlife crisis).

Spystyle gives credit to Jakobud's plans. The problem is Jakobud doesn't show HOW to build them.

$9.50 is a bargain for the info you get, especially if you consider the time he put in. Plus, he one of us!

In short: I bought the CD, no regrets, and I reference it often.

Spystyle's info covers a lot that can't be mentioned here on this site!

Can't be mentioned? Besides how to get ROMS and Xin1 boards, what else is there?

Whoops, didn't mean to start a big thing here.

I figured for the price it was worth looking at.  The step by step pictures alone is worth it for me.  Thanks ghettodish.

My favorite part of building my cab was solving problems myself. This would take out lots of the fun.
