« on: June 25, 2003, 04:43:56 pm »
looking for a new or used Sega Saturn, would prefer it to be modded but not a big deal if not.
also looking for reasonable prices on 3DO, Jaguar, Turbo Graphx, and some other older consoles

post if you have one of these and how much you want.
please dont post parts/non working systems.

also interested in non saturn games for those systems above.
thanks

AIM me if i dont reply after awhile.

Hm.. I would have to look around for my extra mod chip and see if I have the right ribbon cable, but if I can get it working I would sell my extra US Saturn modded for.. I would say $75.

I still don't remember how I ended up with those spares, but.. feh.

Just keep in mind that you would have to get your own 4MB memory card/Action Replay 5-in-1 to play imports (or burn your imports modified with one of those country code convertors) and games that require the RAM cart.

My friend just 'found' his white Saturn with mod chip and country select switch.  I should feel ashamed for hating a friend so much, but.. nah, he sucks :P

I won't give up my Jaguar but check out http://www.buyritegames.com/product_information.asp?number=AJ-SYSTEM&back=yes&dept=1096&last=1039

They even throw in a free game (of their choosing).

I can't beat complete in box, so if arm can offer a better deal I'd say go with his Saturn (would save me the trouble of testing mine and selling my 'spares').

Un-modded Saturns are no fun at all :(.. still not much fun without a RAM cart/PAR.
