Media Center Help On My Cab... I'm so flippin' lost!

Ok... So here is what I want to do and when it comes to MC I am totally lost so I am helping someone here either has done what I want to do or can tell me how to do it.

Right now on my cab I am running two front ends, Game Ex and HyperSpin. When I installed Game Ex it gave me an option to add it to MC which I selected yes and it shows up in MC under games. So my question is how can I add HS to that menu? I have look all through MC and I don't see any way to add programs to specific menus. Furthermore, how in the hell can I turn off features from the menus I have no plans to use? Is it possible to delete TV from the menu all together? The reason I want to load with MC is because I like using both front ends and sometimes HS is easier for guest. I also would like to use the jukebox feature of MC which looks to be very good and have plans to buy a MC remote to utilize those features.

WOW! The more I read about MC the bigger pile of trash it is turning into. It seems that have made it extremely hard to do common menu configurations in it... WTF!?
