Looks like certain dependent files (ie: OCX) files are not installed on your computer so the jukebox application can not start up properly. You can try to obtain a copy of the missing OCX file, place it in your "C:\Windows\system32" directory and register it manually by doing the following steps:
- Open a command window
- change the current directory to be "C:\Windows\system32"
- perform the "regsvr32 cryptocx.ocx" command
- restart the jukebox app and see if it now works
However, if you are missing one OCX (or DLL) file then chances are you are missing a bunch of others as well. You might get lucky and have it work but I would bet there was some type of installation of support software which was required prior to running the jukebox application which would have installed all the required OCX, DLL, fonts, etc... which the jukebox application uses.
Good luck
