Extremely basic LED questions

Ok so I got a nice batch of LEDs from groovy game gear for my electric ice buttons now I need to learn to wire them.  I have the resistors, and I'm planning to take power from the molex connector in my power supply.

Which leg do I stick the resistor to?

Can I wire up my ( 8 ) led's and resistors in parallel and not have a problem?

I know I should know this but what do I hook the other leg to???     the ground in the molex connector I guess?

Since I'm a sissy when it comes to soldering is there a way I can get away without it?  like very small crimps or something

I'm going to have to bend the legs of the LED at a right angle to make them work with the button is this going to break off the legs?

At the top of the forum page, you'll find a button that looks like this

From there, you type in "led wiring" and hit search.  On the top of the results list I found this link for you.  Should be a good start.

I wouldn't worry about it, I am about to start the wiring process of my leds and I have been playing around with a led and have bent it around a few times and it has yet to break (just don't over do it).
