Arcade VGA and Slim case
« on: January 15, 2009, 08:07:57 pm »
Not sure if this should be here or not but does anyone know if the Arcade VGA (AGP card) will fit in a slim case?
Thanks

It depends on the architecture. If your case has vertical slots (ie perpendicular to the board) then the answer is no. If however your case has horizontal slots (ie parallel to the board, with a riser), then the answer is yes.

Yea the one I have is perpendicule.  It does however have a agp port on it.  The card should work even if it doesn't fit physically right?  Maybe Ill just modify the case..  Hard for me to pass up a free computer though I guess I could just sell it on EBay and buy a standard Tower or something the card should fit in....
