That price is clearly too high. How dare you try to rip yourself off!

You people seem to be to quick to bash x-arcade with little to no good reasoning.

I have a blast ripping the guy I work with that bought one. Fine product, but I had so much fun building my own CP just a month ago that I can't stop planning my next.

What a supreme rip off to spend all that money and not have any of the satisfaction (or fun) of building it yourself.

yea, everyone around here would bash premade controls... lol hence the title of "build your own"
so thats understandable... they judge things when most people don't use them/have them. In any case I like it it works great ect. ect...and i want to play this, not "have fun building it" building things is a chore to me, boring and mundane, if i can get it premade so i won't screw something up, i'd rather take that route... to a point...

personally i love building my own, but i think it is great that x-arcade is offering that option to those, who for some reason or another, cannot. contrary to popular belief, they are very nicely made and offer great play. i don't work for x-arcade; i believe that if you don't like x-arcade, don't buy it. if you don't buy it, don't bash it.

spectre, enjoy your controller.  I greatly enjoyed the time I spent with my x-arcade, as did everyone who played on it.  I prefer the CP I built more recently but would have never ventured down that path were it not for my experience with the x-arcade in the first place.

You could make it better by simply swapping out parts into it. The encoder portion is fine but there are cheaper solutions. To me, it's always the box that's the most work even though I can't stand the fact that they locate buttons under your palm.
