Possible FAQ addition XP, cookies and this message board

Hey Mods,
I've been scratching my head as to why I can never get this board to recognize my login past the initial login page (it shows me logged, but once I try post or look at an IM it sends me to the unregistered error as if I never logged in).

Well, turns out if you have part of your internet options (specifically under the privacy tab- cookies) set higher then the lowest setting then the version of IE that ships with XP won't get along with your message board at all.

I imagine most of the sharper types around here figured this one out already but it might warrent inclusion to help the rest of the unwashed masses.

sometimes sure... but I didn't think I was particularly hostile in that post.  I went to the trouble of getting the link, and pasting it... I didn't berate you for not seeing it.  I didn't "duh" or "no doi" you...  I just pointed to a thread in a different forum and gave you my patented people's *shrug*

I vaguely remember giving you a hard time in another thread, for which I'm sorry I was probably nitpicking =P

Actually I didn't reply to Odonadon becuase i was just throwing a good humored "kinda grumpy aint he" out there.

I don't understand. what mean you?  There's like 1 or 2 words missing that are making it hard to decode what you meant.

I brought my decoder ring (excuse me while I whip this out)..

I think he meant he's so grateful it wasn't a post by Spectre (due to a perceived large number of recent posts by the aformentioned) that he would let my post slide, rather than his usual course of action which I would assume to be to "rip"- apparently some sort of message baord slang term- on my post.
