1) Go to the maws site:

   http://www.mameworld.net/maws/

2) Click "Deluxe Search" at the top

3) Scroll down until you find "controls" and then select "joy4way"

4) Click SEARCH button at the bottom

This should list all 4-way joystick games

According to KLOV, it's a four-way game: http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=7700

It's been a while since I played it, but I think that there's a jump button, so a four-way would work.

KungFu Master has to be an 8way to kick while moving.

Nope..I thought so too but not so..You have to move forward, then fast up, then kick or punch

There is a two page manual on KLOV that shows an 8-way. I just tried it with a 4-way, and it does not feel right at all.

Does anyone have a full manual for KungFu Master? I have only found the 2 pages I linked. I have played with both a 4way and 8way now (both wico leafs) and they both work the same but the 8way feels more like what I remember from playing as a kid. Any idea what stick was used on these?

When I tried Kung Fu Master on a arcade where I lived in the 80's it had probably a 8 way joy...
But 4 way joy is the correct it seems...
