mouse doesn't scroll game list after standby

After I put the computer into standby mode and then it resumes, the mouse no longer works for selecting games, but it does work in a game. I have tried hand editing mala.ini to turn it on, but that setting still gets lost. This is especially annoying to me because I have swappable panels so when I have my trackball panel installed the mouse is my only option for selecting games. This forces me to either swap to a different panel, or pull out the keyboard/mouse and turn the option back on.

Has it always been this way since I added the standby option or is this a problem that has just started on your rig?

I'd imagine ever since adding standby... for a while I wasn't using my trackball panel, and recently I've started using it fairly regularly. So as far as I know it's always been a problem since you added that feature.

That is the answer I wanted to hear.

This has been fixed.

It was a less trivial to fix than I thought it would be .

MaLa crashes if mouse is enabled when you resume from standby.

So to make it work I added a delay of 3 seconds (while still processing windows messages) before the mouse is re-enabled.

Cool that it's fixed, but sorry you had to solve that crash in a less-than-ideal way. It probably bugs you as much as it does me to code those kinds of solutions! Look forward to the next release!

Yeah it does bug me, But to fix that I would have to solve a bigger mouse support issue. It is not worth it right now.

Next release will be when I get around to finishing the definables on other emu's.  I have not looked at that code for a while but it was a a point where I had to make some key decisions about backward compatibility with layout files.

Well, thanks a lot loadman! You're doing some great work that I (and I'm sure many) really appreciate! I can't tell you how much I love the standby support.
