FedEx/UPS Ground (you want FedEx) is usually in the $50-110 range for this sort of item (incl. insurance), depending on distance and size of the monitor.  For a 25-27", figure around $80.  Happ may mark things up.  They often do.

That's what shipping quotes are for.  Call or run things through the shippers' sites. Or, if you have a vendor in mind, ask them. If you don't like their rate, see whether it's cheaper to ship it to yourself from them via the quote method referenced above, and ask the vendor if they'll allow that.

Pretty bad.....

I bought this new from Happ:

http://www.Happy.com/monitors/49271500.HTML

They shipped it from Atlanta to South Florida....

$147.03 for shipping.  Ouch.

The worst part was... they wouldn't quote me a shipping charge... they told me that the shipping charges would be determined by the shipping department once they receive the monitor from the warehouse.  They estimated that it would be about $100.... they were wrong.

... Why is it that you always find it in the last place that you look? ...

I was quoted $120 for my 27" Betson from NJ to NY.  I ended up picking it up myself (2 hr drive... I was lucky)
