Snaps not showing, using Zebra layout (tree)

I am having a problem with snaps not showing in sega genesis and nintendo 64 in Mala using zebra layout. I have checked and changed things to find the problem with no luck. Any suggestions?

Are the file names of the snaps exactly the same as the file names of the roms?  Do the snaps show up when you use other layouts?

athe snaps and rom files have the same name. Nintendo 64 did work at one time. The Sega Genesis file names are the same but did not work after setting it up. I am using the only layout i have.

OK, i tried my arcade layout, which was showing snaps, on genesis and N64, but would not show snaps. There is something different in the working and non-working snap files though. when i open snes snaps file it show the pic but when i open n64 and genesis snap folder it show the png logo. it will show the pic if i click on it. Is that a problem or normal?
