Can you identify this stick ?

I just wondering what is the best real arcade feel joystick on the marked ? I bought the Mag Stick Plus even though it's a pretty good joystick I think the travel is too short . So which joystick would you recommend both 4 and 8 way's (not in one joystick) with a long travel real arcade feel.....
Somebody knows the name on this 8 way joystick ? It's on my Wonderboy arcade game and I like the joystick very much..Here is some pictures taken on my Mobil phone:

really depends on what joysticks where used in your local arcade...  This will give YOU the best authentic feel.

I personally LOVE happs supers, and the pacman anniversary 4ways (ones with microswitches).  The supers are a great all around joystick (round so works great with gyrus and such, but still playable with fighting games)... and the pacman joystick feels like the originals (pretty close anyway, might not want to do a side by side comparison... without it, it feels original).... Both are cheap.

As for one that can move back and forth... not sure.

Looks like a Nintendo stick of some flavour from the bottom view.

You may find that the folks who are best suited to answer the question may be skipping the thread due to the topic -- you might want to change it to "Can you identify this stick ?".
