How do I install a SpinTrak?

I've been scouring Ultimarc and the BYOAC wiki, but I haven't found anything about how I would install the spinner. I have a 3/8" - 7/16" hole on my panel, and I don't know how I could make the spinner stay in place with such a hole.

Also, how do you fit the spinner head on top? I try using the screws from the flywheel, but they go right through the holes.

The SpinTrak fits into a standard 1-1/8" hole.  The spinner top should have two set screws in it that tightens against the shaft.  There are some pictures here that might help:
