Yeah. Only the European police would let someone get away with that. In America, that guy would've been tazed as soon as he stepped back into his cart...

We don't know that he was stopped to begin with. That was an "accident investigation" vehicle. Mario could have just drove up to them, got some footage and then took off.

thats funny. hes in france, not ghana. of course in a real situation, the cops would bust his arse. you guys seem to think civilisation only happens in english speaking countries...
