I bought a broke Killer Instinct 1 thats beyond my skill to fix, I tried reflowing the solder on my NBA Jam TE board and that didnt work , and now my Killer Instinct 2 boardset decided to pop something on the PCB. Is there anyone near Newark,De or Elkton , Md that can fix these?  I dont want to ship, thats how the KI1 board got damaged in the first place!

I'm willing to drive fairly far if you can fix them same day I bring em.
If you're replying to a troll you are part of the problem.
I also need to follow this advice. Ignore or report, don't reply.

I know someone in Maryland That  might be able to do your repairs. Would you mind driving to southern MD. ? He is probably about 3 hours hrs or so from Elkton.  PM me your e-mail address and I will forward it to my friend and have him contact you. It never hurts to ask!! He's a good guy and is a wiz at electronic repair!! And I'm sure he would be fair on prices. I know he owns a KI1 and he does all of his own repairs on his 20 some odd arcade machines and I do know he does repairs for people and I have seen him bring boards back to life that were totally dead!!  Heck I've even seen him replace the pin contacts on I think it was a Jamma board as well.
